1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TruckFinderPR (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, browsers, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

TruckFinderPR is a mobile application that helps users in Puerto Rico discover food trucks. The App provides:

• A searchable directory of food trucks
• Operating schedules and status (open/closed)
• Contact information and menu links
• Directions via third-party map services
• The ability to save favorites locally

3. Accuracy of Information

3.1 TruckFinderPR aggregates food truck information provided by third parties and publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed.

3.2 Operating hours, menus, locations, and availability are subject to change at any time. Always verify with the food truck directly before traveling.

3.3 The "Open/Closed" status is calculated locally based on your device's date and time and the food truck's reported schedule. This is an estimate — actual hours may differ.

4. Offline Functionality

The App is designed to function without an internet connection using locally cached data. Offline data may be outdated. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from using the App in offline mode.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, design, graphics, and code in the App (excluding third-party content) are owned by TruckFinderPR and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 Food truck logos, names, and trademarks displayed in the App belong to their respective owners. Their display does not imply endorsement of TruckFinderPR.

5.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Interactions with advertisements are governed by the advertiser's terms and conditions.

7. Links to Third-Party Services

The App may provide links or integrations to third-party services including:

• Google Maps / Apple Maps (directions)
• External menu URLs
• Phone dialer

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity in connection with the App

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckFinderPR, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TruckFinderPR regarding your use of the App.
