TruckFinderPR ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TruckFinderPR mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

2.1 Information You Provide

TruckFinderPR does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers directly.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we or our third-party partners may automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: App interactions, screens visited, features used, crash reports.
• Advertising Identifier:
  • On iOS, the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt
  • On Android, the Advertising ID
  • Some data may be collected by our third-party advertising provider (Google AdMob) in accordance with their privacy policy.

2.3 Location Information

The App does not actively request or track your GPS location. Location services are only invoked when you choose to tap "Get Directions," which opens your device's maps application (Google Maps or Apple Maps). We do not store or transmit your location.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Operate and improve the App
• Display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob
• Analyze app performance and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Advertising

TruckFinderPR displays advertisements served by Google AdMob.

• AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier to show personalized ads.
• On iOS 14.5+, we request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing the advertising identifier.
• If you decline tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

You can opt out of personalized ads at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable TruckFinderPR
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

5. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Food truck data (synced from our servers or loaded from bundled seed data)
• Your saved favorites
• Last sync date
• App preferences

This data is never transmitted to our servers in identifiable form. You can clear it by uninstalling the App.

7. Children's Privacy

TruckFinderPR is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers beyond anonymous analytics. Local device data is retained until you uninstall the App.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
